If your desktop infected by this spyware and your background changed to display the text “Warning! Spyware detected”, this tutorial will help you out of this problem.

1. -Right-Click on My Computer and select Search…
2. -click All files and folders
3. -Search your drives for *.bmp
4. -Find the one that matches your background
5. -Note the last 3 characters before the .bmp – mine was called phccekj0e3cn.bmp
6. -Search your drives for the last 3 characters noted in previous step. in my case i searched on *3cn
7. -This search resulted in 4 files for me.
8. -Go to your task manager, look under the processes tab, and find the process that matches the name of one of the files you are trying to delete (the .exe file)
9. -end the process – mine was called lphccekj0e3cn.exe
10. -delete all files found in your search
11. -reboot and you should have your display tab back for background right-click -> properties
12. -if you do then you are good to go. set your background and don’t let other people who have no clue (most people) use your computer
