You need:

An AirPcap Tx adapter
Cain and Abel

You will need the AirPcap USB 802.11b/g Wireless Adapter (capture and injection).

This tutorial will cost you a bunch of money, if you want a free alternative, Backtrack 4 is better alternative for this one.

If you need a cheaper alternative (i.e. you can;t use linux but the cost is too expensive) Actually, This can absolutely be done in windows. There is a Cygwin port of aircrack which works with any adapter that works with Commview for wifi. Any atheros chipset adapter (like the Netgear? WG511T) will work. The cygwin port allows packet injection, and I have used it successfully many times, and has all the attack options that the linux version has. In fact, you can complie the 1.0-dev version of aircrack on cygwin, you just need a few dll’s from Commview.
