FakeAp for Windows, is There Any?

I don’t know where to find this tool: Fake Ap for Windows if you have the link, please kindly post it by commenting here.
If you didn;t know what fakeap, FakeAP is a Perl script for Linux that utilizes cards compatible with the HostAP driver to create the illusion of many APs operating. This script run on linux, but I want to get the windows if there any.
FakeAP is having encryption type OPN, funny program in PERL that allows you to simulate as many Wireless Access Points from different vendors with different ESSIDs and channels.
